Delete your Yohji account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Yohji and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account & sign-in.
3. Scroll to Delete account, tap Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email Trollernumber00@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account (or tell us your Yohji username) and ask for your account to be deleted. We'll confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your login, name and profile
• Your chats and what Yohji remembers about you
• My space (notes, to-dos, links, smart-home buttons and their keys)
• Connected apps (Google access is revoked), fingerprint sign-in and passkeys

What may be kept

Work records you added for your team (job tickets, fault reports, shared files) belong to that team and stay for its records, without your login. Server backups are overwritten within 30 days.
